杂宝云纹缘素纱道服

道服，交领右衽，宽袖且袖口开口，领缘、袖缘和衣襟处都缀有深色缘边，领缘有时缀护领。衣身上下通裁，开衩处缀有内摆，如道袍式。穿着道服时腰间常搭配“大带”。这件道服通身使用素纱，在缘边处使用杂宝云纹点缀；大带使用 “蜂赶菊”纹样子母扣，优雅而富有内涵。

Dian Cui (kingfisher feather) is a traditional craft that developed from the use of kingfisher feathers, renowned for its brilliant colors. It was historically used in the creation of precious jewelry and hair ornaments. However, as wild kingfisher populations have declined in modern times, artisans have been exploring new methods to preserve and continue this cultural heritage. This workshop will use regular plastic feathers to mimic this traditional cultural craft~

Join our workshop to experience how contemporary craftsmanship allows beauty and nature to coexist in harmony.

Time: March 15, 2:00–5:00 PM
Location: UBC AMS Nest 2311

Through poetry—across language, image, and sound—we engage the world, sensing both its vastness and its smallest details; and at the intersection of multiple cultures and individual experiences, we seek to free the mind, offering the human spirit both grounding and freedom.

Jointly presented by the Hanfu Society and Face Drama Club, a classical-style cultural market is now officially recruiting vendors!
This is more than just a market; it’s a large-scale immersive live-action experience.

🌟 We warmly welcome all creators and vendors connected to Chinese culture!
All vendors will enjoy exclusive perks, including free Hanfu try-ons and simple hairstyling on site. Once you’re dressed in Hanfu, you become part of the living marketplace scene!

No matter your background, age, or profession, let’s come together and showcase the beauty of Chinese culture across Vancouver’s communities!
